WE GET IT

We get it. Sometimes items don’t fit or they weren’t what you were expecting.
So, here are some details on making returns or exchanges:

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise by mail or at our Downtown Columbus, Ohio store location within 21 days of the order shipment date. Custom orders cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.

2. HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Make sure any old labels on your package are removed or obscured.

Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns.

We’ll email you when your items are received and issue your credit or send the exchange information. Orders over $99 ship free, exchanges will have to be paid by customer coming back to the shop and we’ll cover the shipping back to you.

Please note: State & Third is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen while in transit.

3. CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE TO THE STORE?

You sure can return or exchange items you purchased online to our Downtown store!

If you’ve lost the receipt, not a problem – our system holds all transactions and we will be able to locate it for you.

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Please allow 1 week from the time you mail your order for it to be processed. We will email you once it arrives at the store and work together on an exchange or store credit.
